II. INCLUDED CHILDCARE
The PPSA & IRW offers free childcare to registered participants through a licensed childcare provider. Normally, the children will be in a room in the Banff Centre, often in the Kinnear Centre itself where conference takes place. Participants will have the opportunity to indicate what days they need childcare when they register.
For 2025, childcare will be available:
- Friday, Sept 19, 2025, 4 – 8 pm: KC TBD
- Saturday, Sept 20, 2025, 8 am – 6 pm: KC TBD
- Sunday, Sept 21, 2025, 8 am – 12 pm: KC TBD
During the above times, kids will be provided nutribreaks:
- Break 1: 10:00 am – 11:00 am on Sat., Sept. 20, 2025
- Break 2: 2:00 pm – 3:00 pm on Sat., Sept. 20, 2025
- Break 3: 10:00 am – 11:00 am on Sun., Sept. 21, 2025
However, breakfast, lunch, dinner are not included: Children and their parents are invited to join us at the Buffett dinner on Friday or at Vistas Dining Room for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Children can eat at the Vistas Dining Room at the following rate:
- Children from 0-5: free of charge
- Children from 6-12: 50% discount
- Children 12+: full price
