How will you be joining us?The Conference Fees covers a drink at the reception on Friday evening, September 15th, 2017; breakfast, lunch, and supper on Saturday, September 16th, 2017; and breakfast on Sunday, September 17th, 2017.  All morning and afternoon coffee/snack breaks during the conference are also included in the conference fees. Partners and guests are welcome to join delegates at the Banff Centre for meals by paying on the spot for each meal that they eat.

Early bird conference fees are $350 for faculty and $150 for graduate students. If you register between July 1st and August 1st, conference fees will be $375 for faculty and $175 for graduate students. If you register after August 1st, conference fees will be $400 for faculty and $200 for graduate students.

Please note we strongly encourage participants to stay at the Banff Centre. We have a block of sixty rooms this year (a mix of single and double occupancy). These rooms will be allocated on a first-come first-serve basis, so we encourage early registration.

Rooms at the Banff Centre have been sold out, accommodations will have to be arranged else where. We apologize for the inconvenience.

Paying for Accommodations

Each night costs $225.35 for single occupancy and $115.18 for double occupancy. If you are booking a DOUBLE occupancy room, both delegates are required to $115.18 for each night that they stay in the room.

As the PPSA is charged a financial penalty for all delegates who do not stay at the Banff Centre, we strongly urge you to stay at the Banff Centre during the conference. The rooms are elegant, the setting is beautiful, and you are conveniently located very close to the conference proceedings. The rooms at the Banff Centre are also generally less expensive than rooms at hotels in Banff.

Single Occupancy means one bed and one delegate staying in the room. However, any conference delegate can have a guest or partner stay in their single occupancy room at no extra charge. Double occupancy means two beds and two delegates staying in the same room. All taxes are included in the prices above.
